I'm Allie, Head of Applied AI at Go1. I'm building the department around three things: agents that do real work, evals that tell us whether they're any good, and AI enablement that helps teams use them. I set the direction, design the architecture, and work with the team to get these systems into production. Before that, fifteen years in enterprise pre-sales and technical architecture.

This site is where I write about running AI systems in production: what actually ships, what it costs, and how you know whether it works.

I love the spirit of hackathons. I won first place at the Redis MCP AI Agents Hackathon and Storylane's demo competition, and placed top 30 of 13,000 at Anthropic's Built with Opus 4.6.

I live in Oakland. I think anyone can build with AI now. It takes willingness, and time with the tools.
